Promoting Team Effectiveness
We offer services to facilitate team development and effectiveness at all levels of the organisation.
Using a wide range of facilitation tools and techniques we can help teams to work through issues that may focus on strategy, goals, tasks, communication or interpersonal difficulties. We can help teams to understand how they can work more successfully by helping them to identify their aims, objectives and vision and then facilitate them to reach preferred, specific outcomes conducive to their goals and those of the wider organisation.
How Aspire promotes team effectiveness:
- when appropriate we use psychometric assessments with teams to help to facilitate a healthier team climate
- we also use action learning in teams. Action learning is 'a continuous process of learning and reflection supported by colleagues, with an intention of getting things done.' (McGill, 1993). Action learning is a process which allows people working in small groups to deal with issues and learn from their attempts to change things by taking action in the work place.
