We believe that applied action research is key to both our own development as consultants and the development of our organisational clients. We use the results of our own and others' research in all our areas of work.
Action research methods provide a wealth of information about what people working in organisations are really thinking and experiencing. By uncovering perceptions in this way, and analysing them appropriately, we can help clients to improve productivity and hence the bottom line by suggesting and implementing actions to improve the lives of people working in organisations.
