We recognise that organisations need competent individuals who can apply their knowledge, skills and abilities in order to take effective and appropriate action within a constantly changing environment. However, we believe it is just as important for individuals, at all levels of the organisation, to gain insight about their personal values and world views, as well as their levels of emotional intelligence. We work with front line, operational staff, as well as leaders in organisations, through a range of personal development techniques to inspire individuals to reflect upon and evaluate their own personal and professional skills, values and experiences. We use a person centred approach to help people to develop goals, act on them and develop new behaviours. During this process we endeavour to help individuals to take responsibility for continuing their own development.
