Change Management
We work with teams and organisations to promote change. Change can be a emotional rollercoaster for many individuals and managing change is really important. Approximately 70% of change initiatives fail (Beeh & Nohria, 2000). The key to managing change is to recognise the emotions, beliefs and behaviours that people develop as a reaction to and work with them to enhance their empowerment and ownership of the change itself.
